After the scheduled maintenance on August 13, certain users may continue to encounter playback issues for live and recorded video. This is caused by ongoing DNS propagation, and services will become available once DNS changes have completed updating globally. DNS propagation may take up to 48 hours.
You may also experience missing push and email notifications. To resolve this and ensure delivery of notifications, log out of OnCloud on all devices and sign back in.
